This Privacy Policy discloses the practices of InnerCat Music Group, LLC concerning information we obtain by and through your use of the InnerCat Music Group, LLC and Play & Follow websites (the “Sites”) and the Play & Follow Landing Machine online services (the “Service”). This policy reaffirms our commitment to privacy and data security. InnerCat Music Group, LLC is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of Personally Identifiable Information you share with us. The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain the types of information InnerCat Music Group, LLC obtains about visitors to our Site and users of Service, how the information is obtained, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct, the information. By using the Sites or the Service and by agreeing to InnerCat Music Group, LLC’s website Terms of Use, you are accepting and consenting to the use of your information as described in this policy. For the purposes of GDPR, CookiePro by OneTrust (www.cookiepro.com) is both the data controller and the data processor, on behalf of our clients.

1-. What Information We Collect
The information we gather enables us to personalize, improve and continue to operate our Site and the Service. In connection with certain aspects of the Service, we may request, collect and/or display some of your Personal Information. We collect the following types of information from our users.

Sign-In Information:
When you create an Account, you will provide information that could be personally identifiable information, such as your username, password and email address. You acknowledge that this information may be personal to you, and by creating an account and providing personal information to us, you allow others, including InnerCat Music Group, LLC, to identify you and therefore may not be anonymous. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Service or our Sites, but only when we feel such information is important to you and/or to your use of the Service or Sites.

URL Information:
The Service allows users to create custom Landing Pages. InnerCat Music Group, LLC collects and stores the URLs contained in such Landing Pages and related information you submit to the Service, and, if you have an Account and are logged in, that information may be associated with your Account.

Metrics and Performance Statistics:
InnerCat Music Group, LLC collects and tracks metrics and performance statistics relating to use of the Service, and InnerCat Music Group, LLC may use these metrics and statistics to generate analytics. This information may include, but is not limited to: (i) the IP address and physical location of the devices accessing the URLs provided through the Service; (ii) the referring websites or services; (iii) the time and date of each access; and (iv) information about sharing of the URLs on third party websites. These metrics and analytics may be used by InnerCat Music Group, LLC and its partners to improve their websites and services and to conduct market research.

Information Collected from Third Party Services:
Some features of the Service allow you to use the Service through your accounts with Third-Party Services such as Facebook and Google. If you choose to access to the Service through such Third-Party Services, we may collect information related to your use of those Third-Party Services, such as authentication tokens that allow us to connect to your Third-Party Service accounts. We may otherwise collect information about how you are using the Service to interact with those connected Third-Party Services. Note that Third-Party Services may have the ability to restrict the information that is provided to us and that Third-Party Services use of your information through their Services are governed by the terms of use and privacy policy of those respective services.

IP Address Information and Other Information Collected Automatically:
InnerCat Music Group, LLC automatically receives and records information from your web browser when you interact with the Service or the Sites, including your IP address and cookie information. This information may be used for Service functionality, to help us understand how users access a website, to fight spam/malware, to facilitate collection of data concerning your interaction with the Service or the Sites and for other similar purposes. Cookies Our Site uses or may use “cookies” to gather non-personally identifiable information. Generally, we use cookies to store information about your preferences and activity during and after your visit to a web site. 2-. We Collect and Use Information About You

If you do not wish for your personally identifiable information to be used or collected, please do not submit it to us. When your information is used for such purposes it will be used anonymously and will not be tied to your personally identifiable information. We may use personally identifiable information to communicate with you about the Sites or the Service, to provide you with marketing and promotional information that we believe may be of interest to you, and for billing and customer service purposes.

3-. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technological and physical safeguards to protect personally identifiable information you provide to us from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Play & Follow is hosted on Google Cloud Compute Services. More information about Google Cloud Services’ Security practices is available at https://cloud.google.com/security/. We urge you to keep any password for use of the Service and/or Sites in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also remember to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to the Sites or your use of the Service.

4-. How to Correct or Remove Personal Information
If you do not want your personally identifiable information collected or stored, please do not submit it to us. If you have already submitted personal information and would like us to correct or remove your information from our records, please contact webmaster@innercatmusic.com

5-. Disclosures to Third Parties
We may share your information with third parties as follows:

  • With Service Providers: We may use other companies to perform services including, without limitation, facilitating some aspects of our Site or Service such as processing credit card transactions, sending emails, and fulfilling customer service requests. Our Site and Service may contain links to web sites operated and maintained by third parties, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different from our privacy policy. You access such linked sites at your own risk.
